Mikumi National Park is the fourth largest national park in Tanzania. It’s also accessible from Iringa / Dar es salaam. Mikumi is also the border to Selous Game Reserve and Udzungwa National Park, and the three locations make a varied and pleasant safari circuit. In this park, you can see buffalos, zebras, impalas, lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and so many others.
DAY 1 : Dar Es salaam/ Iringa to Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, drive to Mikumi village and enjoy a hot lunch before we will be on our way, In the evening, you will have an opportunity to experience famous indigenous tribes known as the Maasai tribe, and you can witness their traditional activities, dancing, and singing together. You will have dinner and an overnight stay Mikumi cottage inside the park.
Day 2 : Mikumi National Park
Here you will enjoy the magic natural attraction with beautiful scenery, wildlife, and a sunset view. Lunch break will be at the bush, and dinner and overnight will be at the camp inside the national park. The sound of animals at the night will make your soul feel secure. Day 3 : Mikumi National Park then transfer to Dar es salaam/Iringa
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the morning game drive with the wonderful scenery of the animal’s morning activities as well as a beautiful sunrise. After, we will be coming back to the camp for breakfast and getting prepared to go back to Dar es Salaam. This will be the end of our safari.
